Note - This is NOT the seven card stud poker variant called Chicago or four deal / short bridge. Chicago is influenced by both whist and poker but requires no betting making it a fun, fast playing and addictive way to kill time. A simple points system means it can be played anywhere with a deck of cards, pencil and paper - or now just with your phone or tablet. It's easy to pick up and enjoy right away but takes time to master making it a fun challenge every game. Some backstory: It was 2001 in Penang Malaysia when myself and a few close friends first learnt the secrets to Chicago from a travelling Swede going by the name of Jonatan. From our beach side digs we studied how reaching the magic score of 52 granted bragging rights until the next game could be played. 15 years later I decided this game needs to be shared and so started work on this app, I do hope you enjoy playing.
